Welcome to MachineGunMike.com. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of firearms, accessories, and services. By accessing this site or making a purchase, you agree to comply with the following terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

1. Eligibility and Legal Compliance

By placing an order on MachineGunMike.com, you certify that:

  • You are at least 18 years old to purchase long guns and at least 21 years old to purchase handguns or NFA items (e.g., suppressors, short-barreled rifles).

  • You are not prohibited from owning or purchasing firearms under federal, state, or local law.

  • You are not under indictment for, or convicted of, a felony or any crime punishable by more than one year in prison.

  • You are not a fugitive from justice, an unlawful user of controlled substances, or adjudicated as mentally defective.

  • You are a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.

  • You have not been dishonorably discharged from the U.S. Armed Forces.

  • You are not subject to a domestic violence restraining order and have not been convicted of a domestic violence misdemeanor.

  • You will not engage in the unauthorized export or interstate transport of firearms or regulated products.

Providing false information may result in order cancellation, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to law enforcement.

2. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate and current product descriptions, images, and pricing. However:

  • MachineGunMike.com does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any product listing.

  • We reserve the right to correct errors and update product information at any time without notice.

  • Orders may be canceled if based on incorrect pricing or availability.

3. Order Acceptance and Payment

  • Orders are subject to review and approval. Order confirmation does not signify acceptance.

  • We may cancel or refuse any order for legal, safety, or inventory reasons.

  • Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

  • Certified checks and money orders are accepted for phone orders only and must be mailed to our physical location:

4. Layaway Program (Firearms Only)

  • Eligibility: Firearms only

  • Down Payment: 30% non-refundable

  • Term: 90 days to pay in full

  • Non-Completion: Failure to complete payment within 90 days will result in forfeiture of the down payment

5. Shipping Policy

Effective Date: May 5, 2025

We strictly follow all federal and Kentucky state regulations on firearm shipping.

Firearm Shipments:

  • Firearms must be shipped to a verified Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder.

  • Customers must select or arrange an FFL to receive the item.

  • Orders will not ship until a valid FFL license is received via email at: sales@machinegunmike.com

NFA Items:

  • NFA items (e.g., suppressors) ship to licensed FFL/SOT dealers after ATF Form 3 approval.

  • Transfer coordination is handled directly with your dealer.

Non-Firearm Items:

  • Accessories and gear ship directly to the customer unless prohibited by law.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We do not ship to states or localities where items are banned or restricted.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to comply with all local laws.

Delivery Times:

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days of payment AND FFL confirmation.

  • Shipping speed depends on the destination and method selected at checkout.

Shipping Charges:

  • Shipping fees are calculated during checkout.

  • Additional charges may apply to oversized or heavy items.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

  • Report damaged or lost shipments to us immediately.

  • We will initiate a claim and resolve the issue with the carrier.

6. Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 5, 2025

Customer satisfaction is a priority at MachineGunMike.com. Our return and refund policy is as follows:

Non-Firearm Items:

  • Returnable within 14 days of receipt if unused and in original packaging.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.

Firearms:

  • All sales are final on firearms.

  • Once a firearm is transferred to you by your receiving FFL, it cannot be returned.

  • Please inspect the firearm at your FFL prior to accepting the transfer.

NFA Items:

  • All sales are final once ATF paperwork has been submitted.

  • No cancellations, returns, or refunds are allowed after submission.

Return Process:

  • Contact us at sales@machinegunmike.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

  • Returns received without prior authorization may be denied.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be issued within 14 business days via the original payment method.

Restocking Fee:

  • A 15% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns.

7. Transfers and In-Store Pickup

Incoming Firearm Transfers:

  • Firearms will be ready for pickup within 48 business hours of delivery.

  • Please wait for our call before arriving. Early arrivals may result in delays.

  • Firearms will only be released to the person named on the transfer paperwork.

Transfer Fees:

  • Non-NFA: $40 per item

  • NFA: $100 per item

8. Email and Marketing Communications

By using our site or placing an order, you agree to receive transactional and promotional emails.

  • You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us.

9. Phone Call Monitoring

Phone calls with our customer service team may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes.
By calling us, you consent to call recording.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, images, branding, and text on MachineGunMike.com are the property of MachineGunMike LLC.

  • Unauthorized use of our materials is prohibited.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
All disputes must be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fayette County, Kentucky.

Class Action Waiver:
By using this site, you agree that any dispute will be handled individually and waive any right to participate in a class or collective action.

12. Reporting Illegal Activity

To report illegal firearm or ammunition activity, contact the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF):

Reports may be submitted anonymously.
